another walk

It’s officially summer here in Norway and I am not very happy. You might not know this but I am one of the few people who doesn’t like summer at all. Actually, I do like summer a little: I like reading my book or sitting outside in the evening when the sun isn’t overheating me and playing card games with my friends. And I love to swim in a pool (not a big fan of the ocean because I freak out whenever I see a fish). But I hate the heat. I hate with all my heart!

But, unless I move to a cold place in the summer, I guess I have to deal with it.

A few days ago a friend and I (and my dog) went for a little walk. I brought my camera and took some pictures (I also filmed, but I haven’t gotten around to editing it yet) and I wanted to share them!

Oh, and also, I’m currently on summer break! I finished all my exams and I am SO happy!

Even though I don’t love summer, I can’t argue with the fact that it is very pretty!

Whats your favourite thing about summer?

My Trip To Denmark!

A month ago or something along those lines, I was in Denmark with my family and took a  good chunk of pictures but when we came home I only showed you the pictures I took on my phone because I´m rather lazy. But I decided to upload them and show you them today.

I can´t remember if I told you but on the first full day we went to a prison museum. It was a weird experience because it closed only ten years ago. It was a little chilling when some video clips started playing of a man who was in the prison until 2006 (and is alive to this day). He told some stories about what happened. One of the things that I found a little uncomftortable (if that´s the right word to use) was that the prison didn´t look like it had (or should have) been used till 2006. It looked so old…

Some of the rooms were decorated so we could see how some of the older prisoners had it.

One of the prisoners who was there in the late 1800s wrote a diary and it was  very interesting to read some of it.

We walked around the outside.

The building it self was very pretty.

One of the other days we drove to this park we had been at before when I was four years old. The cool thing with this park is that there are close to 100 deers and boars there. The boars were obviously inside another encloser so they couldn´t get to us.But the deers could come to you. It was a little scary because they would follow you since we had bought carrots. But it was also very fun.

I didn´t take many pictures because every time I grabbed my camera they thought it was for them so they would run up to me and it scared me a little!

We also visited a church in the middle of the town we stayed in. It was beautiful.

Trip to Danmark

Hello!

For the past week I have been in Danmark with my family. We ended up driving to a place 40 minutes away from Legoland. It took us 9 hours to drive, and I cannot explain how excited I was when we arrived!!

I don’t have all the pictures right now, so I will only show a few of the pictures from my phone.

I love visiting historical sights, however, the rest of my family don’t. BUT I got to see one place! We went to this church and looked inside. It was a very beautiful church! I don’t remember what it was called, though.IMG_5720

Then we went to Legoland! I have been there before, but I honestly can’t remember anything from that seeing that I was four years old. IMG_5761

I’m just so amazed by this!IMG_5768

THEN we went to this park we had been to before when I was four. It’s literally a park with close to hundred deers walking up to you to see if they can get some food. It was a little scary, but also amazing!IMG_5799
