Not really, but sort of.
Even though I fail more than 50% of the time, I love trying new recipes. This week I have tried twice, and even though they are really simple, I really enjoyed them. As always, I took pictures of my food (actually thats a lie, I rarely take pictures of my food) and I wanted to share them.
Warning though, they don’t look amazing!
The first one was a stir fry, and I love stir fries. This one was called Honey Garlic stir fry and this one was really good. (All though my favourite recipe I have tried from pinterest defiantly has to be Skinny Orange Chicken)
Anyway, I added spinach too, but only when I was serving it. I prefer my spinach cold!
This was made today. It’s a “healthy” pizza. It has cheese and all of that, BUT, it has a squash/zucchini base! I know it sounds disgusting, but it’s actually good. You can’t even taste the zucchini (only when you eat only the dough)
I added tomato base, mozzarella cheese and ham and pepperoni! Those were that. I will defiantly be making both of these again!
Have you tried any of these? And do you have any interesting recipes (healthy, preferably) that you think I should try?
Thank you for reading!
(This is my 100th blog post!)
Education. I think education is very important. I think going to school and getting an education is super important.
However, I think the way school works at this time is the worst it could be. I love to use this example; if you force different animals to do the same task because “that’s whats fair”, school isn’t fair. If you have a monkey, a giraffe and a fish, do you think all of those will be able to touch the top of a tree? No. Some of them will be able to do it, some easier than others, but they will manage it nonetheless, but then you have some that can’t do it. No matter what. They just can’t.
I think that’s how the school system nowadays works. It’s terrible. I know this post isn’t technically about what I think about the school system, but I just think it’s important to talk about that when I talk about education.
I have always loved learning, and I used to love to go to school. But that was before we started with grading, and marking and all of that. You didn’t focus on your grade but what you actually learned. Now, I feel like you only focus on what grade you get, how well you do on your exams and so on.
Education is SO important, but when you do it the wrong way it won’t do what you actually want to.
At least 80% of the things I know, I learned by living. I learned it by reading because I actually wanted to read it and not because I was forced to do so. I think education is important, but health, mental and physical, should be considered first.
I have to be honest, I didn’t actually like these pancakes, but I took some pictures and wanted to share them, because why not?
These are blueberry banana pancakes and I found them on pinterest, and decided to try them out. I already suspected I wouldn’t like them because they had banana in them, and all though I like bananas, I don’t like them when they are heated, and all though I only used half of one banana, I could still taste the heated banana and I didn’t like it…
I added some honey and cold bananas on top, and blueberries inside, obviously.. I’ll defiantly try this with a different pancake recipe later!
This is the recipe: click here. (I used the one with blueberries)
Hello! I have been taking a break from blogging and making YouTube videos. Not because I actually have any good reason, like being busy with school or something, but I haven’t really been doing as much school work as I should have.
But that’s fine.
Anyway, I have been trying to make different breakfasts lately. Both of these are porridge, or oatmeal, but I have been trying to find a way to eat porridge that I like.
The first one is with banana, apples, peanut butter and pumpkin seeds. Didn’t like it.
The second -and last- was made with a little cinnamon and then I cooked some berries in a separate saucepan and put that in too. It wasn’t good either…
I want to do more of these blog post, so I guess you have something to look forward. Just kidding.
