roasted almonds

We have had bought roasted almonds (and other nuts) at home a lot lately, but yesterday we ate them all up, but I wanted more. Therefore I decided to make some myself!



I decided to make salted ones and cinnamon flavoured ones. I really liked the salted ones, but I didn’t like the ones with cinnamon. If I had used a little bit more sugar it would be better.


What you will need:

  • almonds (obiously)
  • oil (you can use coconut or other ones, or no oil)
  • salt or cinamon and sugar

Put oil and your choice of flavouring together in a bowl with the almonds. When mixed thoroughly put on a baking sheet and into a preheated oven (180 degrees celsius)

The recipe I used said 10 minutes, but I had to take it out after seven.
